Move-In Check List:
Before Move in day:
~All utilities that you are responsible for need to be turned on in your name.
~First months rent paid in full.
~Read and Signed below forms:
Move in Day:
~You will need to fill out the inventory check list and have it signed off on by an employee of Northarrow.
What Should You Know:
Maintenance Request ~ Please make sure to fill out a form located under Maintenance tab or click here.
Keys~ We will set up a meeting time to get the keys and to fill out the inventory form. If after hours we will let you know where to find the keys. Keys have to be picked up by the ones that are on the lease only.
