Maintenance

** FOR EMERGENCY MAINTENACE REQUEST, PLEASE CALL :(906) 250-7199**

What is considered an emergency:

   *Fire/Smoke (Please get out of the building, call 911 and then call us) 

   *Water leak (Please turn off the water to the leak, either at the water heater or toilet, then call us)

   *No heat, and the outside temp is below 50

   *No Electricity (Please check breakers, and that you are not shut off for non-payment)

   *Backed up sewer (Please STOP ALL water use)

   *Lock outs ($25.00 is due at the time of unlocking)

All other maintenance issues please fill out the maintenance request form below.  All maintenance request will be address within 24 business hours. 

Please remember that all maintenance request will be done quickly as possible.  The office will keep you in the loop with status or the repair and if and when we will be back after parts are ordered.

Most maintenance requests are at no cost to the tenant.  However, is we find that the tenant caused the issue and is not normal wear and tear there will be a charged.  Some examples of chargeable calls are listed below:

   *Cold air from windows ~ Please make sure windows are closed and you can use a door draft stopped behind doors.

   *Toilets and Sinks not draining ~ Foreign objects down the drain, or hair in the shower drain. (We do clean drains between tenants)  You can get a hair catchers at any store.

   *No lights or power ~ Please check all breakers, please change bulbs, and make sure that you were not shut off for non-payment.

   *Beeping smoke detector ~ Please change the batteries.
